No understanding of urgency or expedition

I ordered these covers mid week and paid 20% extra for an expedited order. It was impossible to contact anyone via email or phone number. There’s no customer service contact on the website. After paying 20% more for expedited shipping I received the package a week later with no follow ups or responses to status requests. Not how a safety supply company should operate considering the types of industry that utilize your services.
