Energy Safety Supply (“ESS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

We do not use or disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites.

These necessary recipients may include Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturers or distributors fulfilling an order, technology and security providers acting on our behalf, and government authorities when legally required.

Energy Safety Supply is the business responsible for deciding how personal information covered by this policy is used.

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment processors. ESS generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code. We may receive limited payment confirmation information, such as payment status, card type, billing name, and the last digits of a payment method.

Quote and business information

When you request a quotation, we may collect product numbers, quantities, project information, industry, facility or worksite information, delivery requirements, requested documentation, tax-exemption or resale information, and any files or specifications you voluntarily provide.

Account information

If you create an account, we may process your account credentials, preferences, saved addresses, order history, and related account activity. Passwords are managed through Shopify’s systems and should never be sent to ESS by email.

Communications

We may retain emails, contact-form submissions, telephone notes, technical questions, customer-service conversations, and other correspondence.

Website and device information

Our website and Shopify may automatically process limited technical information necessary to provide and secure the store. This may include an Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, cookie identifiers, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, and timestamps.

Marketing preferences
