Important Safety Information

Verify that the Small Drill Boot fits the complete drill-and-battery combination before use. Secure both the cord lock and buckle strap, then connect the integral loop to a compatible, properly rated tether and approved anchor point.

The Drill Boot is an attachment point and battery-retention device—not a complete tethering system. The tool tether is not included unless specifically stated. Never exceed the 7-pound tool rating or use a tether longer than 60 inches. The lowest-rated component controls the capacity of the complete system.

Inspect the boot, stitching, buckle, cord lock and tether loop before every use. Remove it from service if it is worn, cut, contaminated, damaged or involved in a dropped-tool event. Never use this product for personal fall protection.
